    From Tuesday to Friday

    at 11:00 am (3 hours approx.)

     What is it included?

    • Mojo workshop
    • Wine tasting: freshly baked bread with a selection of spreads (Watercress butter, spiced goats cheese and chorizo perro), thinly sliced cheese on toasted bread and canarian potatoes with mojo accompanied with three glasses of young wines.

    • Lunch: freshly baked bread with a selection of spreads (Watercress butter, spiced goats cheese and chorizo perro) and thinly sliced cheese on toasted bread followed byshoulder of roast pork cooked in our firewood oven * accompanied by sweet vegetables, almond mojo, Canarian potatoes and a lettuce and onion salad dressed in Monje Macho vinegar. Dessert: Canarian cream with Hollera Jam. This menu includes coffee or tea and three glasses of young wine.​

    Start with the customer – find out what they want and give it to them.

    Our "Mojo Picón" 

    Learn how to make the typical Canary Islands sauce, Mojo, in a "Mojo Picón with Wrinkled Potatoes" workshop, red or green, with cilantro, parsley, or pumpkin. The chef will guide you to achieve the best flavor of one of the 7 gastronomic wonders of this country.

    • As an alternative to meat, it can be replaced with fish or vegetables according to the customer's needs.
    • Due to weather conditions or full capacity at the Restaurant - Terrace, Brunches, Lunches, and Tastings could be served without prior notice in the Wine Club located inside the winery.
    Cancellations and changes

    Reservations may be cancelled or the date of the activity may be changed free of charge up to 48 hours prior to the activity. After this period, 100% of the amount will be charged.
